New Zealand Shipping
We offer free delivery on all New Zealand orders over $150.
Your order will be processed promptly and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping
We’re happy to ship The Wool Bag worldwide.
For international orders, please email us at info@thewoolpot.com with the following:

Quantity of Wool Bags (or Wool Pot bundles) you'd like to order

Full delivery address, including any special instructions
We’ll provide you with a delivery quote based on your location.
Please note:
You may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local sales tax required by your country. These charges must be paid in full before your order will be released from customs. All prices are listed in NZD.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included in your delivery cost. If you would like to insure your order, please arrange this independently. We do not cover any insurance, duties, tariffs or tax as part of the shipping fee charged at checkout.
FAQs
What if I accidentally enter the wrong delivery address?
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned or requires redelivery, you will be charged for the additional delivery cost.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes – we accept exchanges (not refunds). If you'd like to exchange your item, standard delivery fees will apply. Please choose carefully.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, and online bank transfer. If you'd prefer to pay by bank transfer, email us and we’ll send you an invoice with our account details. Don’t forget to include your full delivery information.
Cancellations & Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

How to Exchange a Product:

Email us with your name, invoice number, and the item you'd like to exchange.

Return the item via a tracked courier service. Please include a note with your name and exchange details.
